The unique exterior feature frame that envelopes the façade creates a wrap effect for this 41-storey development comprising 300 apartments and enjoying spectacular views over the Melbourne CBD, Southbank and the Port Phillip Bay.

Specific to this construction saw Citywide Precast also supply two storey pre-cast columns used in conjunction with 6 storey perimeter screens to assist in speeding up the construction program, a unique approach by the builder of the development, Contexx (now ProBuild).
