The Istana is a 25-storey, single tower residential apartment block in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and comprises 320 apartments, four double storey penthouses, cafes and retail frontages. Citywide Precast supplied the panels in different specifications, one of the main advantages in using Citywide Precast's panels was that they are manufactured off-site which eased access issues.
