Fulton Lane Apartments is currently the largest residential project under construction in Melbourne and comprises 2 multistorey towers with 804 residential apartments, gymnasium, retail at ground level and a ‘skydeck’ 41. By utilising pre-cast concrete panels manufactured by Citywide Precast off-site, it has eased access issues and increased construction efficiency in the tight CBD space.
