Abito Apartments

Abito is a seven-level building comprising 35 apartments and a café medium-density lifestyle development. Citywide Precast manufactured the concrete panels for its structure and coloured facade. Abito was the winner of the 2006 Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Excellence Award for medium-density development, and in 2007 the RAIA awarded Abito a Victorian Architecture Award for Residential Architecture Multiple Housing.
