33 Castella Street Lilydale

Citwide Precast's wood grain textured pre-cast concrete panels were used in conjunction with smooth pre-cast concrete panels and an ecletic mix of metal, glass and timber for the Lilydale Museum update. The update involved morphing the historical museum buildings on Castella Street into the new architecturally designed modern structure which opens into the parkland. The use of a timber texture on the pre-cast concrete panels at the far edge of the building suggests the progression from man-made back into nature
