The energy efficiency in using thermomass panels in conjunction with double glazing means that this home stays warm in winter via minimal use of heated concrete floors; and cool in summer - no air conditioning is required.

The design combines a series of architectural volumes to create a dynamic and and stylish home that captialises on its' beach front location maximising the views. Internally, the home is a visual delight with raw concrete finished surfaces, polished aggregate floors, premium joinery and stunning light fixtures.
